For all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and
Entrepreneurs and all orders placed by Juneberry on SocialMedia platforms are subject to the following terms and conditions
Prices and Payment options
By clicking the button "buy now" you place a binding order about the articles in the shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by email after sending the order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
In our shop you can choose between the following payment methods
●Paypal : the payment is processed by the payment service provider
●Credit card : The customer's credit card account will only be credited when the
order is debited.
●Instant bank transfer : The customer conducts a
Bank transfer to Juneberry, which results in a faster order process. The customer
via Sofortüberweisung provides the account number,
Bank code as well as PIN and TAN via the secure PAYONE payment form
GmbH & Co. KG, enters a bank transfer into his online bank account and
immediately transfers the purchase amount to the bank account of Juneberry Collection.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Terms of delivery
The delivery of goods takes place via German post to the address specified by the customer.
unless otherwise agreed.
If the goods are shipped back to us, by the transport company because the
delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs of the
unsuccessful shipment cost. We only deliver via post. A pick up
is unfortunately not possible.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages,
please complain such errors as soon as possible to the transport company and
contact us immediately.
Consumers are generally entitled to a return policy. For all purchases from
Juneberry, we grant our customers
a 30 days return policy from the recipient of the entire
Order. Returns are to be sent to the following address:

We will automatically arrange for any refunds to be made to the account used by the customer for payment. In case of payment by invoice and prepayment, the transfer back to the account from which the transfer was made is instructed. If payment was made by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal or credit card account. If a gift voucher was used for the purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to the gift voucher account.
Please understand we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete address given by customer.
Our US partner warehouse doesn't process returns thus we are not able to reship as the goods will not be added back to inventory instead they will be discarded.
For other countries we will only re-ship after the goods get back to us.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which can be found at the link to the European Commission platform. We are not obliged or prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
