SHIPPING 

We offer worlwide flatrate shipping at our store!  No matter how much goods you purchase, shipping fee stays the same

Our fair shipping fees are visible at check out

We ship from GERMANY, USA, CANADA, UK and FRANCE. Most orders are delivered within 3-9 days. No DUTY/IMPORT FEES  for the countries mentioned above and  all  EU countries.

Once a product is shipped out the customer is notified via email. Tracking number is attached to the email. 

The approximated shipping duration of an order is displayed on check out page. 

We are responsible till orders are delivered. We are however not responsible for delays caused by customs in destination countries.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong address given by customer or customers failure to pick up package from post office as requested by courier. In this case, a shipping fee is required to reship. 

 

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

If we split your order into several deliveries for logistical reasons, you will not incur any additional shipping costs for subsequent deliveries.

We may divide your delivery for logistical reasons.Individual items may have different delivery dates.
Information on delivery times can be found in the shipping  confirmation, which you will receive via e-mail
