SHIPPING 

We offer worlwide flatrate shipping at our store!  No matter how much goods you purchase, shipping fee stays the same

Our fair shipping fees are visible at check out

We ship from GERMANY & UK to most countries. No DUTY/IMPORT FEES  for all countries within Europe and UK. 

Shipping to USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is refused, we cannot refund shipping costs and may deduct return costs from any refund.”

Once a product is shipped the customer is notified via email. However, UK customers are notified 2-3 days to delivery. Tracking number is attached to the email. 

The approximated shipping duration of an order is displayed on check out page. 

We are responsible till orders are delivered. We are however not responsible for delays caused by customs in destination countries or failed deliveries due to wrong address given by customer or customers failure to pick up package from post office as requested by courier. In this case, extra shipping fee is required to reship.
