30 days return Policy
You wish to return an item? Very well, we make it fast and easy for you to do that.
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.
Our return policy lasts 30 days after confirmed delivery. And because we might have to resell the item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Preferably in the original packaging too.
Please be careful not to remove attached labels. It is important that any seals affixed remain intact and that the products are unused.

A small note stating the order number and full names of customer must be included in the return package
Please note: We will not accept back any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned 30 days after delivery will not be accepted either. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We recommend if you are shipping an item over 75€, use a traceable shipping service.
Regrettably, we are not responsible for the return costs.
